Based in Boldon EC Outsourcing is a successful contact centre and sales acquisition specialist, with 260 members of staff. Volunteers will carry out a range of tasks such as generating referrals for Home Safety Checks and providing fire safety information within targeted community groups. Pin Point Training offer a wide variety of training to candidates of all ages. Whether you are looking for an apprenticeship, work based training or short access to employment training, we have a provision to suit you.

Pin Point Training are dedicated to supporting unemployed candidates move back into work, or secure their first job, no matter their previous experience or sector they wish to access. We currently work with a vast range of employers across multiple sectors to provide candidates with the skills they need to not only move back into work, but move into the role they wish to progress within. Typically, we do so by providing 1 – 2 week programmes that are developed alongside the employer to best prepare candidates for the guaranteed interviews we offer. Candidates are then offered guaranteed inductions and work trials to give them a glimpse of the working environment and the job they could progress into.
