We create better outcomes

This is our purpose and it drives everything we do. For our people, that means providing an inclusive environment where they can thrive and develop. Every one of us is different, be that how we look, speak, act, or where we come from and we value these differences. So whoever you are and whatever your background, we want you to be yourself. For example, we say you can “dress for your day”, choosing what you wear to work based on your schedule for the day, who you’ll be meeting with and local customs and norms.

Over the years, we’ve trained 8,000 emergency services personnel, delivered award-winning customer service for leading consumer brands, run the engine behind a hugely successful UK price comparison website and recruited over 10,000 individuals in to the British Army – and that’s barely scratching the surface. Our dedication to excellence has seen us become the UK’s leading provider of business process management and integrated professional support service solutions.

Our aim is simple: to help our private and public sector clients find better ways to deliver modern services effectively, through insight, analytics and continuous improvement.

We’re first direct and we do things differently. The bank that never switches off. That’s why we’re available 24/7, 365 days a year. If our customers want to pay a bill at midnight, no problem. Working as a Customer Service Representative you’ll answer calls from our customers, take them through security and deal with their requests, such as paying bills, opening accounts and advocating first directs award winning Digital services such as our online banking platform and mobile banking app.

We offer an attractive starting salary of £18,200 rising to £20,100 and discretionary performance bonus.
