APPRENTICESHIPS

 

A wonderful opportunity has arisen to grow our own staff via Apprenticeship programmes within a number of departments here at Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. If you’re looking to start your career or change your direction this is a great opportunity.

We are recruiting an Administration apprentices.  The successful candidate will be required to provide administrative service to support the smooth and efficient running; working in a supervised and supportive environment. You will need to be able to communicate effectively and courteously with a range of internal/external roles. You will work as part of a team alongside other administrative colleagues contributing to the efficient and effective running of all processes and office systems.

All candidates will be requested to take part in activities.  This involves undertaking tasks such as data inputting and filing, working with others and understanding how you communicate in a team. Candidates will be required to undertake voluntary placement,giving up to 45 hour in the department of the suitable apprenticeship vacancy, to ensure its suitability for both parties.

Copies of certificates for Maths, English and ICT qualifications will be required (at Level 2/GCSE). If candidates cannot provide these certificates then they will need to undertake initial assessment in each subject.
