This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Motor Broker team in Birmingham. We are recruiting for full time hours to cover our core times which are currently 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am – 4pm on Saturdays.  You will work shifts totalling 37.5 hours across these days/times and generally this will include about 1 in 4 Saturdays. As a Customer Claims Handler you will be based in a contact centre role which is predominately telephone based focussing on excellent customer service skills. You will manage your own workload and provide a pro-active approach to claims handling in order to progress the claim to settlement.

Carers Trust Heart of England (formally Crossroads Care) has been providing services for people with care needs and assisting family carers in Coventry, Bedworth, Nuneaton and North Warwickshire for over 40 years.

Your role as a Care Support Worker will encompass assisting people in their own homes with daily living tasks, provide befriending services, assisting people recovering from an illness or discharge from hospital. Shopping and domestic support and enable family carers to have some much needed respite time whilst you care for the person they look after with care needs.
